The MakeUp Myth

It doesn’t.
Every pore on your skin, the shape of your cheekbones, the length of your lashes and the way your lip curls when you smile are unique to you and only you; and are ultimately the things that make you beautiful.
We’re only human, and as a little girl, a teenager, and a young adult I have struggled with the idea of what it means to be truly beautiful. Even though we all start out bare faced somehow with each passing year I began to equate my self-worth with the layer on my face and how people perceived me physically.
What I don’t understand is when we became so shallow that a blemish on our faces suddenly became unacceptable? When did we forget that all of this came to be in order to empower us versus put us down? When did we become so afraid to be ourselves and be seen without a smidgen of makeup that it governed how freely and carefree we lived?
And more importantly, when did we lose sight that beauty is far more than skin deep.
I don’t know when it happened, but I know it happened because I am the product of it all. I have struggled tirelessly with the idea of being myself. Every morning of every day I have trained myself to hide and put my best face forward. But isn’t my best face the one that is true?

If our standard of beauty has become a face that is so far from my own than I have come to terms that I don’t ever want to be that kind of beauty.

In no way, shape or form am I condemning makeup. I’m just telling you to love yourself with or without it. Because at the end of the day makeup is only intended to highlight and enhance everything you already are; not define you.
We get so caught up and lost that we forget that makeup can only enhance our natural beauty. We begin to believe it is makeup that in turn makes us appealing. We have all reached this crossroad at some point in time, and it’s important to let go of who you so desperately want to be and accept who you are and allow that to dictate your perceived notion of beauty.
Learn to be your own kind of beautiful. That’s when you’ll realize that there is so much more to you than meets the eye. That it’s your radiant unapologetic smile that is capable of lighting up a room that is alluring. The fire in your soul that chooses to fight despite every heartache and mishap life throws your way.
It’s the way your eyes sparkle when you fall in love with the little things around you. It’s the way you walk, the way you dance, the way you sway with the wind that makes you the gorgeous force that you are. It’s the lines around your lips that have shaped your face due to every happy moment that add to your appeal. It’s the little freckle on your skin that the sun-kissed just to make you one of one.
Please don’t lose sight of the fact that brush you take to your skin is nothing more than a tool that gives your already glistening skin that extra sparkle. That line you draw above your lash is just there to enhance your already perfect eye. And remember that there should never be a moment in time where you should ever be ashamed to show the world just how flawless you are underneath it all.

Presentation Tips

Based on experience dan dua mata kasar yang diberikan Allah. Aku nak bagi tips sikit bab presentation especially clothing.

FIRST, early preparation is a must !

Unless, you can be well-spoken in front of others. Unfortunately, I am not that kind of person if the subject related use too many technical terms and still going on research for its industry. Thats what-why-how-when if you are an engineering students. You need to remember all the basic principles because you cant put it in your slide or poster.

SECOND, clothing beb! A few lecturers just simply put high score but most of them choose to judge.
For us, we simply put on our faculty labcoat for any engineering subject.
For others macam ethnics and entreprenuer subjects, we go for formal la. Basically, white/black shirt with slack or long skirt. Baju kurung and jubah as well.
Aku rasa clothing should be second most important because aku dah tengok macam macam pakaian 'formal' student malaysia.

#1 masa student bentang psm or others uni called fyp/viva, there is one female student. She wear white shirt, slack and tudung hitam. Dari belakang, it was okay. Once she turns, aku nampak dia pakai a black vintage tie. It looks really bad on her. I think she better get rid of that tie and wear blazer instead. If you cant afford a blazer, a simple white shirt looks good too.
#2 have you ever seen a malaysian student wear a long trench coat during presentation ? Because ive seen one. It was a female student. She was wearing jubah and wore a long trench coat. The horrible part is it was unbotton and she put her bawal scarf down which was not neat and on point. I feel like it was me in the situation of getting ready for a real quick outing. I was thinking deeply maybe there is someone out there using this kind of fashion. However, this kind of fashion tak sesuai la untuk presentation. You just let people mocks and tease you because you wear it differently.
There are so many examples I want to share but ive got something else to do so bonjour...

QADAFIE.

WARNING !
*post ni lebih kurang mcm karangan aku sebatang pen*

Encik Qadafie is our lecturer. Just now, we presented our rapid prototyping project. Unfortunately, majority from group 1 did not achieve what he expected from us.

Well, at least we had try our best. Additive Manufacturing is a new technology, everyone is doing research about it. Most likely la.

You are lucky if you to get your hands to use one of the 3D printer machine.

SEMESTER 2 2015/2016

Hello there (:

Actually aku dah cuti nearly two weeks. Yes, I’ve end my 4th semester. This semester was quite special.

Why?

On this particular semester, I have turn into a stress freak starting from the beginning of it. Bagi aku, sem ni paling jahanam, a total disaster and the most chaotic compared to the previous. I’ve started to make my own rules. HAHAHAHA :D

There were so many things happened during this semester. Ibu was being in ward for almost two weeks for acute migraine and high blood pressure. There are so many things evolves in my family. Maybe that’s why, ibu fell sick. My brother is getting married in that period of time (29.5.2016) and we were busy preparing for the wedding. Our house was in fully renovation starting from March and still not complete until now. The contractor is a dick, that’s what I can tell you. Yet, I’ve got an offered to shoot an exclusive music video for Subang Jaya Block Party by Joe Flizzow and sponsored by Sime Darby Property. Well, lagu budak subang byJoe featuring zamaera was dope. Totally dope! Wait for it.

Following to the end of semester, skipping class becomes a strong temptation especially class adv. calculus. Sorry Encik Iskandar. I’ve also mistaken my tiredness for laziness. The struggle between sleep and responsibility is real here, people. On the other hand, I’d got to deal with ‘shitfriend’. Sorry not sorry, my tolerance and patience are slim especially during this end-of-semester blues. Eventually, these people are narrow-minded type of person. Although, I did my apology. Yet, they still wanna hold into the ‘victim’ role. They keep on criticizing me for small matters. They stalk me on twitter, they provoke my curiosity. Since they who started the fire when I was already burning from the beginning, I’ve decided to add some fuel before it turns into ashes. HAHAHAHA f*ck you.

Luckily, I’ve got friends who will to set me straight when I’d stray from my norm.
After my final examination papers and my pdd mini expo was done, me and my friend *not the shitfriend* went for a must-see movie. Now you see me 2. Hai Dave Franco !

Yeah, almost forgotten. My lecturers are quite fascinating. Tak sampai sebulan cuti, result dah key in. Eventhough, the official cgpa and gpa tak dapat lagi. The grade of subjects are official. Give me a big applause, guys!

This semester end with a bang !

*Maybe dean’s list*

SOLIDWORK

WOHA ! GAIS
(trend 2015)

Now, aku dah masuk second year of degree.
How time flies ~
still got two years more to go and i'm barely out of breathe for this third semester.
Tak tahu nak salahkan solidwork atau thermofluid
(combination of thermodynamic and fluid mechanic for one semester)
Maybe, I should also blame myself for being the master of procastination

Sorry not sorry.
Eventhough thermofluid is so f*cking hard, aku still memihak kepada solidwork.
I know, it just a software for engineer to design things BUT the credit is 4.
plus This  is supposed to be my basics.
HAHAHAHA
crying out loud, the software used more space than i expected, sometimes crash, sometimes hang.
It seems pathetic just to wait for this software to load more than couples of minute just to complete our 30 minute tutorial.
you might end up being a zombie.
trying so hard tahan mata taknak tidur semata-mata nak siapkan dan submit solidwork and lecturer still anggap students amek remeh pasal tutorial solidwork bila dah due date still mintak extend.
 Go Die :)

Aku search jugak la macam mana steps nak buat all those tutorials thing dalam google.
UNEXPECTED.
Aku jumpa blog sorang budak unisza yang ade dua post je.
Post dia pulak semata-mata SOLIDWORK
LOL

whatever,
Can't complain about much these days, I believe we'll be okay.
